Bella Il Fiore customers may choose from three shipping methods for all shipping in the United States. There is an additional shipping surcharge for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.

FedEx Ground

FedEx 2nd Day (orders placed on Friday after 12:00 noon CST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday

FedEx Overnight (orders placed on Friday after 12:00 noon CST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday)

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped within 2 business days during regular business hours (Monday through    Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM CST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.

Returns


If you are unsatisfied with your order, please notify us in writing, by email at info@bellabeauty.net or by phone 888.811-9323  within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please indicate your name, order number and phone number. Returned merchandise should include all packaging and be in the same condition as when it was delivered. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Orders over 10 days cannot be returned. Shipping cost to and from you will be your sole responsibility. You will not be refunded shipping unless you return an item that has been damaged. Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product only. A photo of the damaged item may be required.
